Tolppa is Semel Oy's internal app for identifying business callers and looking up customer contacts, for Semel employees.

For help with Tolppa, email Semel Service Desk at desk@semel.fi.

Access

Only Semel employees who have been given access by Semel IT can sign in, with their Semel work account. To ask for access, contact Semel Service Desk.

Caller identification

To show caller names for incoming calls, turn on Tolppa in Settings › Apps › Phone › Call Blocking & Identification. Tolppa removes the caller list from the iPhone when you sign out.

Käyttöoikeus

Sovellukseen voivat kirjautua Semelin työtunnuksellaan vain Semelin työntekijät, joille Semelin IT on antanut käyttöoikeuden. Käyttöoikeutta voit pyytää Service Deskistä.

Soittajan tunnistus

Jotta saapuvien puheluiden soittajien nimet näkyvät, ota Tolppa käyttöön kohdassa Asetukset › Apit › Puhelin › Puheluiden esto ja tunnistus. Tolppa poistaa soittajaluettelon iPhonesta, kun kirjaudut ulos.
